oh ya, if someone said 2 1/2 inches, I can imagin that, but If someone said 63mm then I have to think about that or look at a ruler/tape.

No no I came across it when doing some searching and thought it was cool , he has a very small engine on it so I dont think it going to have very good take off but it should have some speed.

You say at one point in the video that you have 15" rear wheels? Do you need to edit that?

Super cool though I do think it would be cooler with that axle sized.

thanks 14
blaze : nope those are 15s they are the ones off of the quad. If you look closely in the video when I first drive away. The quad is proped up without its rear tires. you can see it in the video still up above, in the back ground, on the right side of the pic.

I think I just expect the kart to be larger in comparison. At any rate, have you considered sizing the axle down? I'd hate to see you clip something.

Watched the video again, it all makes sense that the size is what it is given the information. Something just is playing a trick on my eyes (and I look at way too many karts). That tread pattern is what came stock on quite a few of the full suspension yerf-dog karts.

hey Capt she'll be glad to here that.

Blaz: I did think about hacking the axle down but it was the one that bighead gave me and I just didnt feel right doing that to such a nice item. It might stay on there for a while but I do plan on swaping it out for one from BMI. Its a nice long axle and I think I might use it on a larger build next spring.

14 : not to sure I have a few in mind, I was thinking of something like an off road Kooler kart with out the kooler. Like this below.
