Wow i kinda want to give you some of my cameras. Sounds like you may need vandal proof housings. I work for www.pelco.com look it up. but we sell to companies not regular people. mostly casinos.

So from a big cctv company i suggest cheap Costco system. with 1080 and IR. Low light capabilities, high dynamic range with IR attached is what you want for night time stuff.

I've been trying to purchase these at work. https://www.surveillance-video.com/camera-ibp221-1r.html they are high def night cameras with IR. they look good on video. You still need backend system to record video. like this https://www.123securityproducts.com/dssrv2-040-d.html i like these, one of the best dvrs i've seen so far from my work. they put a great pc system together for this. although i hear our new VXPro is even better. https://www.pelco.com/vxpro

Thats why i say costco brand system would be cheapest. you could buy our camera or an entire system. you choose

sweet, I was able to order Pelco when I was the Operations Manager of a credit union in Phoenix, I do fear the only I'll catch this @ssclown will be via industrial grade cameras

grrrrr, we're at it again, but I'm getting more creative, I've offered a cash reward out of my own pocket to neighbors whose video evidence gets this clown prosecuted

tarp is still a problem, I'm literally torn here, do I spend a little more money and time configuring it 3' off the wall or go back to court and state my case

the 3' set back gets the city off my back and I know for a fact would ****off the jerk but that would allow rain runoff into my shop which is my biggest reason for not wanting to make a change, I've considered making new "rain deflectors" out of entire 4x8's but those would be difficult to move in to position when needed

I have scared him well enough he wont approach my house by foot but I cant do anything about him riding in the car with his girlfriend down the street, seeing my tarp, and calling it in

I'd move to Texas. Wait I did. I can do anything i want here. Want a garage build it. Want a guest home build it. Want 15 tarp covered coars up un cinder blocks go fir it.

that's why we're eventually moving to New River, AZ. yesterday I was hanging out with pops, he's on 2.5 acres out there, a couple years ago a 5 acre lot was for sale on his block, I asked him to privately finance for me and he declined, yesterday he told me he should have done it, I am pretty upset but hopeful that he'll be in the same spirits if another large lot goes up for sale
