Budget GoKart
Aka a kenbar
I just traded a bks fun kart for a riding mower and snow blower
You know, sometimes life sucks. I go to sleep and either an ant wakes my butt up at 3:00 am biting my groin, or I wake up to see a whole mass feeding on my bleeding feet!!!!!!
IDKY I'm getting eaten up by ants!

I think its about time for some pesticide
Holy crap man.... Really sorry to hear that......
The SDS say not to have skin contact... especially in cuts or bleeding...

Seriously try the borax/sugar mix....
Mix 1/2 C sugar, 1 1/2 Tbsp Borax, and 1.5 C warm water. Soak cotton balls in the mixture, and put them out near the mess of ants. The sugar attracts the ants, and they'll take the Borax with it back to their home.
Oh chrikey... Broken flange... That sucks...
I didnt see that...
That'll be money to get a castiron welding guy to fix that...
Now this Redeye was an 8 speed ZF8HP automatic and it will not last for long, behind any rendition of the Hellcat or Demon, in that it'll grenade after a lot of hard launches or beating it to death. Drive it like a granny and use the black fob, it'll be fine.
Chevy may release an electric Camaro soon, or it's gone for another 10 years
I don't think a weight reduction is comin' out anytime soon on the Charger/Challenger as Dodge is releasing it's Widebody style here very soon, and I doubt they'll get lighter.
I mean hey, Dodge engineers don't really worry about weight.![]()
The only weight reduction will be when both cars are pulled from production. I have a feeling that Chrysler will be on the verge of bankruptcy within the next 10 years again...seems to be the trend with this manufacturer. Hope to be out of this dealership before then.
I dunno I wouldnt mind having one....
Got some decent news today, since I'm the only one at the dealership doing new car inspections, I can now finally have over time again
So the funny thing is that the dealership will not tell you is, there is no warranty on any Hellcat or Demon powertrain at all. Yes it is built like that from the factory (Hellcat and Demon engines are all hand built), but they do not warranty any of it. Unless there is something truly wrong that is a manufacturing defect, you're pretty much S.O.L and even then it's a crapshoot.
A lot of the fit and finish on FCA vehicles really isn't that great. I've had 2 vehicles that probably should have the driver side window switch set be replaced, because the switches did not sit flush with each other well. One of them sat maybe a 1/16 of an inch higher than the other...it was quite noticeable if you slid your fingers over them. But, my dealership didn't want to warranty them out because, they'll wait for a customer to complain about it. I wasn't even allowed to make a note of it on the checklist.
If anyone is thinking about working at a dealership as a technician, don't! It just isn't worth it. If you like working on cars, get ASE certified and work at an independent shop. You'll probably get paid better and get treated better. That's just my biased $0.02.
