This past Sunday, my wife and I adopted a kitten from the Beatrice Humane Society and picked her up yesterday after work. Our cat, Kit, is not our kitten's biggest fan. But this one just loves to cuddle up.

Cute! Your other cat will warm up to this one over time :D

Thanks. Apparently they say upwards of a year before the other cat will warm up to them. But we'll see. Been making progress at least. Fortunately my wife works 4 days a week so she'll be at home and she can have those two get better acquainted and with no attitude. Not very straight forward. It wasn't a spur of the moment thing adopting this one. We had been talking for a while and the opportunity came up, so we jumped on it.

Found a Bird Baja on Craigslist today! Seller's asking $300 for it, running and driving, but not really stopping. Brakes just slow you down anyways! :cornut:

Eventually I'd like to get a Bird Baja to start my nest of Birds(get it?).

Could be a Baja Magnum, but of course you can't see any decals through the leaves in the floorpan. :lolgoku:

If you're already planning on getting one, then jump on this one! You might be able to talk them down a bit.

*sigh* I would, but I'm reaaal short on money right now. Blew it all on airsoft stuff lately, the accessories add up fast! Plus at any rate my dad would never let me bring home another kart until I clear some more projects out, and since it's on the other side of Ft Worth, I can't just get it on my own without someone in my family finding out.

ARGH!

I know the feeling! I found a single seater Dingo for $250 but didn't go for it because I already have too much on the go and am trying to thin out stuff....

I'll give it to you, airsoft is a lot of fun and expensive, long as you don't buy the Walmart specials and you get the good ones that are steel and aluminum. They last so much longer than plastic and are quite durable. My friend had quite a few, probably close to $4000 in it. A paintball place near us, MN Pro Paintball allowed airsoft to take place after many years.

I used to be really into airsoft, me and my brother were. We got the neighbors into it as well, and used to have wars in each others backyards.

But then we all started getting older and buying cars and go karts and forgot all about it. I still have lik 15k rounds laying around and nothing to do with it.

Too many projects eh? Im stacking up projects so when stimulis checks come out i can sell the cheap karts for big bucks. Then afford something better than a 50$ dingo

Hehe, yeah, when I look at the high end Evike Customs(395 FPS, 29 RPS on the Custom AK), it's incredible how much people will spend on these guns! The said AK is over $1,000 alone! My reaction initially was both :drool5: and

So far my loadout consists of a CYMA CM520 AK47 AEG(always liked the AK platform, known what it was as long as I can remember, plus the M4/AR-15 platform just looks ugly to me for some reason) with rails and the V3 metal gearbox(about 400 FPS or so), and a cheaper full metal springer 1911.
Of course, these are beginner guns, but the way I see it, hobbies are more enjoyable when I put less money into it. Eventually though, I'll probably upgrade to a nice AEP, the gas guns don't really appeal to me, and they're pricey.

Another cool thing is that I've actually learned about real guns in the process, so that's another plus. Plus as it turns out, the petroleum pipeline warning sign in the corner of our yard makes a great target! Makes a nice clang when I hit it.

Fortunately we also have a REALLY nice paintball park about 20 miles from us, and they also do airsoft.
