I see weight is never a problem with this build.

Often in the course machinery failures it becomes necessary to resort to the farmers fix. This is the 3rd round.

Copper gaskets have to be dead soft or you’ll just bend the flange. Anneal the crap out of the copper.

Anneal? Wouldn’t that be a good thing?

So sumpthin like this:


an aluminum adaptor to fit 1.75 inch muffler to a 25 mm tube.

Now l'll remake the tube, longer this time to clear the drive belt.
the engineering dept is under investigation for this oversight. The usual response from them "no problem we fix!"
