I bought another Peugeot 505 the other day, a 1985 SRi series 1 manual sedan, its got a few mods and has had the engine swapped to a ZDJL(sports model motor). Has about 150hp (well if it was running. My other 505 has about 140hp, no mods, thats my dialy drive though, not bad for a naturally aspiated 4 cylinder luxury car from the mid 80s) here she is.

The previous owner said it just has a blown fuel pump(which it does) but im thinking it has real engine issues (blown head gasket or split cylinder liner maybe?). Anyway, i just bought it as a spare parts car but the body is too good to be used as such a thing (it looks better in the flesh) so the idea is to stick a 13b rotary engine in it! Wind up the power as high as the chassis will take it (people have put V8s and sr20s in these and I've never heard of anyone breaking driveshafts or diffs so thier pretty darn strong). Its going to be the ultimate sleeper :devil2:, it handles beutifully too (this one is lowered and has sports tires so it will handle even better than my other one, which has half bald retreads and can still out handle anything its size!), brakes may need upgrading though.

Hey cool 63 sickridez, I always thought the 1st generation Riviera's were super cool cars but just got progressively sillyer looking after 65. My big brother and an old boss both drove cherry 64's back in the 70's. (my bosses had the dual AFB option)

Our truck? Thanks, You havent seen it with the taller/more aggresive mud tires yet either:) Looks alot more mean. Gotta get a picture of it someday.

To bad that duramaxs have **** for low end torqe... there alright trucks better then a dodge when towing.... those SUCK for towing....i do think a 7.3psd would have more torqe low end then ur duramax.. what size is it? I dont know what duramaxes are in what... dont pay much attention to chebbies..

No low end torque? Are you kidding me? You've obviosly never driven in a newer 6.8 Turbo Duramax. It will leave imports in the dust no problem from a stop light without even trying. 0-60 in no time at all.

they do rev up pretty high but they still do not have the tourqe that a psd would have.. also thats all made up in the gearing... theres really only one way to test this out is with a custom machined rig with exact same EVERYTHING except the engine...im not sure the weight on your truck since its a 3500... what would it be? my 150 is 6500 lbs dry...

I think our truck is 6800 lbs dry. Your f-150 is one heavy beast! The 6.0 powerstroke isnt as strong as you think it is lol. More noice then anything. Werent they only putting out around 250 hp or so?

Lol i know the 6.0 powerstroke sucks... i wouldnt put one in anything the heads and blocks warp worse then silly putty... i dont even know what engines to compare to the others cause theres the 6.0psd and then the 7.5psd... then i forget the cummins engines and u just said 6.8 duramax.... if they all could freakin make the same size engine with same stroke and bore id wonder who would win?.... I still think of all the diesels the old detroit 2 strokes are the best....

and my 150 is pretty heavy... ima have it weighed after i get it rebuilt just to see what its at just so i dont ever go over the weight class limits in pa... i was thinking of basicaly makin it into a trailer special package type deal with the extra trailer brake harness the really big radiator and the dual batterys.. i forget what else they throw in them....

What about 60-100? My car is slower than dog **** off the line. Passing on the other hand, I have a bad tendency to pull in front of people doing 80-90mph.
