Ander, Two things that I really like about those '57's were they way they "hid" the fuel spout, and the vent intakes above the headlights.

Yeah I always ask people if they can find the filler neck. Its funny to watch dudes that dont already know try to figure it out. Several of-em have ended up scratching their head and giving me that same (I dont know) look :D

Those headlight intakes draw in some serious airflow. If I peg the vent control lever all the way Its like a hurricane inside at freeway speeds.

Love the '57 Chev anderkart!

My newest acquisition.

It's a 1957 Peugeot 403. My newest resto project.

BTW it's got a 1.5 liter hemi engine! hahaha

Something you probably didn't know, some say Peugeot invented the hemi engine. Even if they didn't, they were certainly some of the pioneers of it, they certainly brought the hemi engine to the attention of the world when they won (by miles) the 1912 Grand Prix with a 3l hemi, this was back when all the other GP cars had engines the size of small houses too (ie 10l+).

i never heard of a holden rodeo......lol to many letters.

Its an Australian car, Holden have been making them for decades now(of course new models every couple of years and stuff). Isuzu do most of the design and own the rights to it, things went sour between Holden and Isuzu a year or two ago so Holden don't sell it anymore, Holden's ute is now called the Colorado and Isuzu sell the rodeo as the D-max.

(Australians call pickups utes btw)
