Poboy's 2016-17-18-19.....??? build off entry

Well...the fender hit....but it was bent...a little persuasion with a sledge and it clears nicely now. However, the scrub brake is almost worn through (looks like it was a cast aluminum piece originally....still not sure how I'm gonna fix that! )....anyway is pretty close....but if my eyeballs are correctly calibrated....I think the holes in the frame are 3/4" and my bearings are 5/8".....so while I'm at it....I'll just move the axle further back a leetle bitty bit.

Now....width wise....got about 1 1/4" to work with between tire width and frame width....so doable...but like I said ....pretty tight.

Oh my oh my....just checked some "parts" for the front wheel! THEY'LL WORK!

If I can pull it off....(and trust me....it won't be easy...) this will be something not seen before!

Another thing: originally, this was going to have a 10" wheel, an 11 tooth clutch and 60 tooth sprocket.

Now...it's 12 tooth clutch, 13" tire, and 60 tooth sprocket.

Now....it is a mini- bike and I'm a skinny guy...so...it's probably ok.

(And probably faster than sanity allows for a Poboy build for a nearly 6 decade old rider!)

Arrgh! I was finally going to mock up the rear wheel today. Well, after hunting for 15 minutes to find the clutch, I found out it doesn't fit!

See....the original plan was a 2hp B&S . Didn't even think about the 3.5 Tech having a bigger pto! DOH!

Time to order a new clutch!
