1/2 x 1 1/8 inch maybe?

No, i don't think so. The original bushings are plastic but they don't fit my axle. I am pretty sure it is 1 inch. I'll measure it with my caliper tomorrow

So I would need 1/2 to 1 inch. Or I can space these out and drill holes into these rims and tires I have. I might have som bushings laying around, but I doubt it will be the right size so Im kinda leaning towards drilling these out as a temporary solution.

Well I ended up drilling the wheels for my hubs. It's not permanent, just temporary until I buy something better. Tomorrow I might work on the alignment, I have new tie rods. I might just work on changing the gear oil in my truck instead. I can't do much until I get the clutch ordered and in, but I should at leas make everything else ready for a test drive once I get everything situated with the new engine. I also just remembered I cut the pedals out so I could move them forward and have more leg room, so that's another thing I need to work on. Wish me luck! Lol

I ended up wrapping the hug in electrical tape until it fit in the center snug. From what I can tell there is very little wobble.
It's just temporary so just don't try to hotdog it too much and it will be fine...as I said when you initially asked about drilling the wheels.

Here is what I came up with to mount my gopowersports pedals. I used an end cut from the motor mount bars and notched it and drilled a hole in it. This will make the pedal location further foward and higher so it is more comfortable than the original ones.

Wrapping the hubs with tape to center them in the wheels, post # 47 sounds like a really good idea. If it came out centered and the hubs fit well you might just have a permenent solution.

My problem is the bolt holes don't have much meat between them and the center hole on the wheel. I am also gonna swap to Universal 4 wheeler suspension with disc brakes and some different wheels. The ones I am running now pretty dry rotted
