Wifey was worried about my son and I driving at night. Little light mod.
flywheel replacement is next.
Install Flywheel
Test around the hood,
write down max speed, rpm, and temp.

Install Carb
Test around the hood
write down max speed, rpm, and temp.

Then onto jackshaft sprocket changes. You never did give me your weight.

Still running good with the stock carb?????

Ebay sent me wrong keys. They did send a 7, will send the 6 and 8. I put it in the notes, but he missed it.
Those from dover, or diy?? Jerry's always had good custormer service, well for me anyway. He use to put those keys in a really small baggie. Very ez to get throwed out, 😆 😂. Don't ask me how i know.

Remember I told you I didn't get the first set? YEAH, I did, and threw them out! Didn't realize how small they were! DIY were great, said he missed it and will send the others.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣

I think I've lost more then I've installed.

I don't use them anymore. The key is jus for lining up the flywheeI, the taper on the crank and flywheel is what actually keeps it from slipping.

I set ignition timing with a degree wheel and dial indicator now. It's more accurate and I always know where the ignition timing is set at, incase I changed a part or tune that will affect whats going on in the combustion chamber.
I call it " free power". It's there, you jus gotta find it 😆 🤣 😂 😹

@goflight2 @BaconBitRacing @joshw0000

Magnetic oil drain plugs.

These came outta my engines today. They had the oil changed 3 times while breaking them in on the test stand back in September last year. I change the oil when it turns brown every 10-15 hrs of run time. The oil is still good, jus contaminated.
I only use mobile 1 10w30 full synthetic after break in.
You don't realize how much metal is in these small engines until you run Magnetic oil drain plugs.
You want this crap in between the rod, crank, cam, lifters??? 😆 🤣 😂 😹, probably not??

Where ya buy 'em @BrownStainRacing?
@LtDansNewLegs You need to see this too
Dover Power is diy on ebay, raceproquip on ebay. I'm sure others sell them.
I gotta pick up some more on next order.

I jus wanna let you guys see. New outta the box engines are so bad, the glob is usually bigger then the drain hole after only an hr of run time. That's why I say to change that oil the very 1st hr.

It gets better, but it's always there.
