Someone scratched the paint and threw it into an oven

So,...ugh...urgh...these are not directions...just an adventure...*350 for like 4 minutes to out gas.....spray dry layer


Then gotta bake and clear





....18 minutes...minutes later...repeat with clear.

Yup..for Karting my setup is perfect...to me...I can argue every con...with gokart...pimpin' at 8 ft
Powder coating is another hobby....you start with a kitchen oven.....rabbit holes, to me it's perfect for me...a customer?..dunno

More durable and less sticky is enough to interest… still difficult for the average married still living at home or with roommates Joe who can’t use his oven for coating… legally!

I have the eastwood dual voltage gun, old free oven I have in goat shed and use eastwood and prismatic powders.
Got it for metal art and works great for small stuff.
I need to make a bigger oven

No fun. At least it’s draining some now. Fix up that back so you can get back on the mini!

She knows, been saving up for a walking HF one, still cheaper to get, hack etc than building one and I have welders and plasma cutters and a table.....

Need fuel line and a small filter. And tie up throttle cable.

The gas tank...what to do?

Stock we might feed carb with pressure from a full tank....because it's close to level with inlet.

May make 2in riser mounts? I don't want a pulse pump or whatever they are called.

And don't want to lose capacity.

I have alum sheet and wire with a brand new tig machine, even have bottle of argon...but after 3years it's still 99.9% new.
Back then too many controls and no manuals...might need see what is online now.

I can alum if machine is setup like at work...just didn't have a start point. Then I could just make a tank

So stopped at autopart store at lunch for non reinforced fuel line, filters and clips.


no 5mm or 3/16 line etc..several days wait or Friday 3hr trip to bike shop...

You know why Amazon gets orders? Because I sat in parking lot and ordered everything and it'll be here tomorrow after work, fuel shutoff is Friday

Well today is Thursday, so actually 2nd start, fired it up listened for a minute and shut her down to move outside

Test rode in backyard...wow...not same bike.

Gotta tune carb after I figure out TC...off to post a new thread

So this followed me home tonight....free trailer....well I had to buy a $10 hitchclasp, it needs tires and I will have to cut off back 1/3rd of deck to move shackle mounts forward about 1-1/2", and reweld deck.

Should haul bikes good plus supplies and storage.

drivers tire is good, so if I buy 2 tires this will have 2 new and I can put the driver tire on the smaller "dump" trailer, I will need to make a few mounts for the bikes tires.
