ok guys here is the moment you all been waiting for!!!!
it runs!
i warmed it up for like 20 mins to wear in the new upgrades and the went for a test ride... H-O-L-Y **** best thing i've ever created!!! it accelerates so freaking fast and run WAY faster than before... i did maybe 60 km/h (and i had to slow down because i had no road left to accel)
how do 6-7 psi sounds?? because yeah i goes to that... seriously!
my only problem is that it pukes a lot of oil down the hot side... makes a huge smoke machine at idle... when runnig it stops smoking...weird
an can you say turbo whine LOLOLOLOL omg the soud it makes when accelerating and decelerating makes me giggle each time!!!

the turbo is off a 2004 smart fortwo. and the oil well... there is a oil burner pump attached to the crank with a lovejoy coupler witch sends the oil into a bleed off valve assy to control the pressure and then to the turbo!
for the smoke i suspect vacuum from the engine is drawing oil past the seals... the turbo is not worn at all! there is NO shaft play in it... well maybe the seals are junk...

yeah righ.... it doesnt REALLY pukes oil...it pukes it in the turbo's HOT housing turning it into thick white smoke!

for those that are wondering what jet size i'm using in the mikuni... well i drilled it with a 3/32 bit... fairly large jet
i'm sooo impressed by the boost reading! i went for another ride tonigh and it hitted 8 psi thats ****ing high for a 5.5 hp honda lol, i might pick up a better quality gauge with nice illumination in it since i decided to install a small 12v 7ah battery in it to power led headlights, gauges illumination and maybe under body lighting lol (its a ricer shopper so what the hell lol)

haha well i cant put a vtech sign on it its not vtech... it better 
2 possible reason for the turbo pull off. first as freak said the smart probably had an accident or the oil seal is blown and thats why i have oil on the hot side... i looked at rebuild kits and DANG!!! they want 66 euros for one...
