Looks pretty fast! The stalling is because your main jet is too lean. Find a numbered bit that fits the main pretty good and go up a size. Tell me your stock main jet size first though. I also noticed on the stand when your motor stalled and when you shut it off your drivetrain and wheels locks up suddenly. Howecome your wheels dont keep spinning to a slow stop?
and yeah the brake is rubbing on the disc thats why it stopped suddently...The main jet is machined from Brass. Pull your carb and bowl off and get a picture. I will leed you from there.
Have you thought of using a restriction plate?

BTW have you ever thought about trading your turbo for a kg31 off a smart car it would spool with our rngines nicely
You know, I was thinking if you put a restrictor plate after the carb it might help the turbo spool up faster.
