Well, this sucks.......

Been feeling lousy all week; not just my stomach, included my entire abdomen. Wednesday night was so bad that I had the guy that I carpool with drop me off at the ER on the way to work Thursday morning. As I write this, its mid morning on Friday.

I'm feeling better, but it's not over yet. Four different types of xray exams plus a cat scan later, they think that part of my large intestine isn't anchored properly, allowing it to fold over on itself. One doc said surgery immediately; his boss overruled him because I'm doing a lot better this morning, and thinks that I should be able to go home today after they're sure that I can keep fluid's and solid food down.

Still high high odds that I'll need surgery, but they want to study it a little bit before making a final decision. I just hope that the new tests aren't as horrible as two of the one's from yesterday......

Well....the guy I bought this truck from just called wanting his $100... Well, he actually made it harder for me to get this deal done...but whatever...

People constantly underestimate the Poboy. He was very abusive and demanding om the phone...UMMMM....NO! !!!

Soooooo....I am heading to the raunchiest biker bar I can find....(trust me....I can fit in and handle myself) ...but for $20 a piece....I'm gonna bring two of the scariest mofo's on the planet with me while I massage this dipsticks addams apple with a gun barrel and tell him he needs to learn a little manners!

Yeah...I've slept since then and thought about this...he was probably drunk when he called me. The cheapest, easiest thing to do is just call him and let him know he's playing with fire and see what happens...

Not sure if I want to take bikers either...I have friends that wear uniforms and that may make a more lasting impression.... I wish my nephew wasn't out in California right now....he doesn't wear a police uniform or colors....his uniform is camouflaged....so he's kinda in between.

But...he's tough enough to scare bikers or cops...I've swung with marines before, but I wouldn't even think about crossing this guy on my best day...he's one of those guys you can just look at...and know he can kill you in seconds...even when he's out of uniform.

You would think there was some company out there making crate engines, that would make a straight six... I mean common sure they're out of date in terms if their size and such but generally speaking there was a decent amount made. but finding a used one that doesn't need TONS of work is a chore in itself!.. I'm not asking perfect condition. just something that's all in one piece.. I guess you pay a premium now days for things like this. maybe I could find an alternative. been looking at a few complete motors, about 7 grand shipped, and tested before they leave. seems like a good enough deal, but that's 7 grand for cast iron.. [ick] a aluminum block is a good chunk more. Idk I'll have to think about it for a few weeks...

It is a shame those engines are out of date. They are **** near bullet proof, Ford Chevy whatever. I would have thought you should be able to find one not needing too much work cause like a briggs 5HP they are hard to kill.
Bummer. I guess you know the reality better than I, since you have looked into this.

I just had the guy meet me at a bar and gave him the cash. While I was there I met a crazy broad. Out of the blue she started buying beers for me faster than I could drink them. I wound up taking her to a different bar with two beers still coming....(they put upside down shot glasses next to your beer to show paid for rounds) . Then I found out if you don't drink them the bar just keeps the money.

When we got to the other bar...it was almost as dead as the one we left...so we could only shoot pool with each other. I bought her a beer and she got really weird for a few moments. Asking about motel money but telling me I wasn't getting any and that I didn't know it...but her peeps were fixing to roll up on me. Then I got her calmed down and we played a game of pool...(she kept shooting at my balls...she was pretty plastered). When she went to the bar to order a mixed drink they told her we were cut off...She was PO'd and stewed about that for the rest of the night.

What was weird was that there was a guy that was at the other bar that had left earlier and he left that one shortly after we got there.

After we left that bar...she wanted to go to another one, but I told her I was tired of bars and we could just get liquor and drink at my place or hers. So then she says she's hungry let's get something to eat...she told me where to go...but the BBQ joint was closed...so we went to IHOP and she paid. I then dropped her off at her apartment complex. I would have bet money that we would have wound up in bed....but no....weird night.
