Ok it's a 15x6 Tire. Axle is not keyed anywhere else except where braking system is. I have access to a welder, a buddy has one. Only thing I think I need a welder for is to attach a cross member so I can weld my engine mounting bracket correct? Oh and probably mounting the gas peddle somehow similar like the brake peddle is

This thing looks like it was a down hill cart...... No provision for a motor, so only a brake was needed.

A good size piece(or 2) of channel would be a good motor plate. have to notch it for the axle, but its not totally un doable...

What are you looking at for a motor? a 212 clone?

You are in Indiana, So BMIKarts.com is pretty Close in Oh. Great prices but the website calculates shipping wrong, and still charges you!
Shop for what you want online, then phone in the order.

Also IMIauctions on ebay has clutches for under 20 bucks. (free Shipping) They are good I have 4. but again
Call Mike directly after finding the ad on Ebay. It just saves him the 8% in ebay fees.303-833-0491.

Ok guys, is this everything I need besides the rear sprocket? Can I get a link to a 2 piece sprocket for a 1" diameter axle? I don't know how many teeth I need or how to mount it to my axle since it's not keyed. Once I get all this ordered I'll figure out the gas peddle, seat, seat belt situation.

Forget that high dollar cable and bolt kit.

Get a cable from Dicks or a bike shop.

You'll still need a #35 chain, master link, a hub, and a matching #35 72 tooth sprocket. Get the 4 bolts, washers and nylock nuts from Home Depot.

Do yourself a favor and call GoPowersports and tell them what you need. Their prices are reasonable and they don't rip you off on shipping. Mention you are a DIY member and they'll take 10% off.

I think you'll find one stop shopping that'll save you on shipping and prices will be about the same as Fleabay.

Is this what I need for a hub? It mentions keyway, how is it going to attach if my axle is not keyed? I'm trying to find and understand everything I need. Then hopefully buy it all at one place when I understand what all I need.

And this would be the chain and master link I need correct?

You need a longer key way on that Axle. You can take that to a machine shop and have them do it. I have one locally that will do it for me free. I just tip the Machine operator.
or
You may need to buy an axle that already has a keyway.

Are you positive there is not a Key way anywhere else on that axle? It may be possible to move the brake to the opposite side (if Keyed) and put your axle sprocket where the brake is now.

It is not keyed anywhere else. Is it just a solid steel axle that can be grinded to make it keyed?

So I found gopowersports and started adding everything to my cart. Free shipping on orders over $200, which looks like I'll be around 250ish. I'm just going to post links to the things I have. Let me know if something is wrong or if I'm missing something.

http://www.gopowersports.com/live-axle-hub-4x4/ not sure if this is the right one? Can someone verify?
