Throttle now opens and closes.

Brake Line.
Throttle Cable.
Kill Switch Wire (Push/Tethered).
Tachometer Wire.
Crank Case Vent Tube.
Valve Cover Vent Tube.
Catch Can Tube.
Ignition Wire.
Fuel Line.

Seems like lots of Tubes/Lines/Wires/Cables...
Blue zip ties ordered. I paid 5x to order the same Chinese zip ties from the US, instead of waiting for shipping.

I started researching spray painting zip ties. All I got was some zip tie lamp shade thing. I refused to click on the lamp thing, even though it was every one of Googles top 20 matches for "spray painting zip ties". I purchased blue cable ties out of my fear of lamps. lol

That's great Bob. But what do we do in case of an actual emergency? Duck and cover? Get on our bad motor scooters and ride?

By the way, I dig your machine. It's bluetiful. Yep, just like the crayon.

On Phase 2 of the curing process. 400 F for 30 minutes.

Every time I tried to use the grill to cure I blistered the paint. My oven goes up to 500 F (not 600F as recommended). Hopefully this does the trick. Painted the bracket with the VHT paint too. It touches the pipe. They are painted black. White exhaust would of looked nice with the seat, but probably would get dirty pretty fast. Blue bracket would have been nice, but didn't want to buy VHT blue just for that.

It's fresh, so fresh.

No idea how much I want to white wall the tires. Was about to paint blower-housing/recoil blue/white, but wasn't sure about it. Leaving it black.

Some last pics before final assembly.
Want to change the oil and give the engine a once over before torquing the backplate and engine mounting bolts. Once aligned with the rear sprocket, I can drill holes for the exhaust bracket under the seat.

Then add a chain, bleed the brakes,....
Oh, I want to remove and grease the steering tube bolt.
Then a check of all the nuts/bolts and DONE.

Weather should be nice Thursday and I might be able to get a video.
