ok mounted the engine yesterday
now i can make the frame around it
unforunentally the project must live outside because i have to be able to get it out of the building and i cant do that with the suspension on or the roll cage

oh yeah the sprocket hub works well '
i stuck it in the lathe and it spins staight and it is exactually circular

well got my floor done and the cage around the engine so now i can do the rear suspension.
haveing a few issues with the pipe bender.
we dont have the 30mm bending peice so i have no choice but to use the 35mm one, meaning the bend is a little messy and it just kinks with 90* bends.
so is there a way to make better bends with the incorect size bender

ps iv already tried useing a metal sleave over the bend but it doesnt work

Here's our shop remedy for your problem. Oxy torches, a bench vise, and a few fat kids anchoring the table the vise is mounted to, to the floor with gravity lol.

made it roll this arvo (as in on its own wheels).

now i can put the slde rails on and that'll be about it for the frame and all the big peices.

ok i did a little bit more work this arvo, managed to untangle the wires but jesus crist its complicated, does anyone know where i can get a wiring diagram. also i found more mysterry cables.
i have a basic understanding of the electrial system. but it has some random cables that are not grounds but just disapper into the gear box.

EDIT ok got pics, the first wire goes staight down into the gearbox right next the clutch.
the second wire i can only guess goes either into the cylender (unlikly) or into the crank case
the third wire i assume is going to the flywheel and the coils
