Nice bumper & the hole on the front is nothing a little fibreglass won't fix; done properly, it will be stronger than original...
As for the header bolt hole, helicoil! IIRC it's 5/16 UNC (18p) which is a common size so, any decent mechanic or auto parts store should have one. As they can be quite pricey, have a look for a cheaper version
