WOW thinks Blaz. my max-torque weight assembly was screwed up. so it only engaged at a higher rpm. i thought that was why it was jumpy. turns out it was that little piece you said had to slide easily through the clutch. cleaned it up. no jolts or jumpiness. still engages only at a high rpm,but it does so ALOT more smoothly.

Okay I just went over my clutch really good. I got it all cleaned and back as a working unit.

The pin/guide that the weights slide on came lose from the weights. The pin came out some stoping the clutch/weights from closing. I just taped them back down flush. I hope it works.

Blaze have you seen the pins slide out? Can you use a china 30 series primary with a comet 30 series driven?

My clutch was filthy.

We've had the pins come out in some of the packs, its not always the end, sometimes you have to drive the pins back into the pack in an attempt to make it last or grind the end of the pin if its worn. If it keeps coming out you may need to purchase a new weight pack which isn't terrible versus a whole clutch but at least it comes with new springs too. Its rare for a pin to slide out but it does happen.

I'm glad to hear its helping some people. We'll try to shoot some more of various things and throw it up, editing took forever and really makes me not want to do more than one video a week.

Heh, Rob likes to manhandle tires a bit. The jackstands are super stable though, we made them that height using old Yerf-Dog wheels we cut off karts.
