Well I said I would post up as well, a parts list for my Alumaflyer. So here it is, best as I can remember.
Chassis & Engine Swing Mount is from .090" and .125" Aluminum. It took about 24-30 sqft of .090" and about 10 sqft of .125" The brake pedal and accelerator were from .25" Aluminum.
Front axle consists of 1"x.083" steel tubing and 1"x1"x1.8" steel angle.

Left & Right Front Spindle and Spindle bracket assemblies 5/8"x3 1/2" (Steering arms modified)
Left and Right Tie Rods
Steering shaft, steering wheel and steering wheel hub. (Steering arm custom length)
Front Wheels - Asuzalite 5"x3" with 5/8" bearings
Rear Wheels - Asuzalite 5"x4" for 1" standard step axles
1"x36" Standard step axle
4) 1" axle bearings with 3 hole flangettes
Vari-Hub Sprocket hub
72T Sprocket and 53T Sprocket
6" Drum brake
ChenShin 5" Slicks 2 1/2" Front 3 1/2" Rear
Harbor Freight Predator Engines
79cc with Governor in tact
212cc with Governor removed. Vintage round fuel tank with custom aluminum mount.
Racing Air Filter and custom aluminum exhaust header.
79cc used an 11T centrifugal clutch
212cc used a 12T centrifugal clutch
Seat cover, striping and decals were all done by myself.
Button head-allen socket bolts with nylon locking nuts were used throughout. 10-32, 1/4-20, 5/16-18
