All that means is now you have more time to get this project finished!

It'll be good therapy...when life gives you lemons...squeeze em with an evil trike burnout.

2015 Entry: Adult Big Wheel Named "Insani-T"

After alot of hard thought and you guys making it all that much better........................

I have decided to up the anty this year and go for the gold. It is dark here so i cant take pics yet. But will get it tomorrow for sure. I owe you guys alot and this might just be the right thing to keep my head on straight or crooked but away from losing everything and my girlfriend for the last 10 years. Its really hard living without her but i got "Insani-T" to make me all fuzzy again. So i decided to go ahead and start the thread. I have NOT touched it since starting the build and getting the basic design and roller done.

P.S. I also dont have a dang printer to print the sign off !!!

P.S....P.S. To the moderators i would like to keep this thread
and delete the other one i started please to
downsize on confusion. Thanks !

Better yet, I can merge the two threads...

Please post some recent pics with a list of things still to do so we can properly asses your build to see if it qualifies

Pics are added.............

Still got a lot of fab work coming up. Building exhaust from scratch, making a spun gas tank, fab a chain tensioner and chain guard, modify a set of banshee carbs to fit, build a electronic ignition setup since nobody has one that works with said engine, add and modify a camshaft or 2, blast and powder coat chassis and parts, repolish anything not getting coated, make all the cables since they are all shorter, add lights and charging system, buy new rear aluminum wheels, new tires all the way around, fab some brakes that are gonna work properly. I'm sure I've missed a few things. Gonna make sure it rides nice first then tear down and go all pretty after. Hahaha

This engine they don't make anything for but I'm going for mods anyways. Hope it all works.

Wow Looking Amazing Btw What Hp Is That

The kz750 twins are 55hp BUT they make almost that in torque also. So they are known for torque monsters which is why I'm hoping to kill some torque and add HP. I think I can get about 75hp with my mods alone. We will see.

Everything I agree on but one thing.........

I actually think its gonna be a lot safer than my barstool racer build from last year. And the tires are for goof off. I'm getting Douglas aluminum wheels with dot low profile golf cart tires for "regular" use. But yeah I don't know whether to call it a oversized drift trike or a fun sized kids big wheel. Cause its gonna definitely drift a lot. But the big wheel covers both so I stuck with it instead. And I think the name is proper also. Insanity and trike all in one word sums it up perfect.

Dot tires? hmmm Could this be street legal? I mean if you wanted to del with the DMV. yeah nevermind.
Also you need to merge some of the other thread to this one so we can remember your original "parts pile" and mock up.

Dot tires why yes.............. It has the original front neck and frame so it has the Vin numbers still. And yeah I'm seriously thinking about it hence the lights and charging system. Bwahahahaha

And yeah the moderator said he could merge the 2 threads already when they move it.

And if you look closely there are 3 tabs for a wheelie bar for that just in case. But I used the two bottom ones for flag mounts at a car show the other weekend for mda kids.

Well you ask why does a impatient guy deadstop building something for awhile ?

1. Is that I wanted to enter ?
2. Is that I lost my girlfriend after 10+years ?
3. Or the latter my fabrication parts were on back order ?

I would like to say all 3 ! Just got 6 packages in the mail today to build the exhaust, build a chain tensioner setup, and to build a set of flat slide carburetors so I don't have to use those temperamental Mikuni BS38's that came factory. Will get to welding in the next few weeks. I would start quicker but the ole job thing gets in the way !

Any suggestions at this point would be great also. As all the welding is not finished yet. Almost most of it is only partial and tacked at this point. A gas tank idea would be awesome as the only thing I have come up with that looks decent is a 1 gallon spun aluminum tank directly on top of the engine. I don't really want to put something somewhere else due to needing a fuel pump but its still a option.
