JB Welded Flywheel Yeah, I didn't have much luck at all using JB Weld to hold a sprocket on and it had much less torque on it than what you're talking about here. I'd suggest just going to a random welding shop. I'd bet for $15 they'd do it for you. I've done that before and it worked out just...

I'm curious what others do for body work? Understandably most karts we see have a serious frame, maybe a roll cage, etc. but typically don't have much in the way of bodywork. I'd love to hear what others are doing in building custom bodies for their karts. Fiberglass? Wood? Plastic? Thanks, Jas

This weekend I made some great progress on the Bugatti kart I thought I'd share with you guys (and gals). It may not seem like much but I put in a few hours to trim and mount a sheet of steel across the back of the body... It really came out great. Next will be to remove wheels, exhaust, etc...
