That's because it's an ex indoor frame. They have to be strong, not very fast :)

Wow very nice work! You should really use a light powerfull engine on that thing. Something like a Honda cr125 or cr250 dirtbike 2stroke engine :)

Removing the governor will be awesome. I did that with a Honda. If I was you, I would also change the valvesprings. When you have no governor and rpm above 5000, the valves will begin to 'float' because the original springs are to weak. Keep up the good work!

Thanks! Yes those tires are pretty nice. The ones I have know are like 80% new. I know were I can buy these tires when they are 1 race used. They are still pretty good then (for me) and alot cheaper. They cost like 170€ for a new set...

Yes I know that's gonna be an issue. I have Mojo D2 slicks on the back, these tires are like medium soft.

Hello, I worked again in the weekend. The engine mount is finished; I made brackets for the airfilter and exhaust, installed the radiatortubes,... I only need a Y pipe for the fuel line and then I should have everything. I think I can testride it next weekend.

Thanks, I don't know where TR stands for. The engine is not ported. I can work on it again in the weekend (in the week I study in another city where I live alone..). I really hope that I can testdrive it soon :) It's gonna be a beast! :p (I hope..)

The steel is cut; I drilled the holes to mount the engine; I still have to drill the hole for the engine on the rear. Normally the other stuff i need will arrive this week. I think that (if there are not too many problems) i can test ride it in 2 - 3 weeks :) .
