Thanks! Yes those tires are pretty nice. The ones I have know are like 80% new. I know were I can buy these tires when they are 1 race used. They are still pretty good then (for me) and alot cheaper. They cost like 170€ for a new set...

I rode it this weekend! It's really awesome. Wheelspin is no problem. The acceleration is enormous, it's a rocket :D
I noticed a few problems; I need knew bolts for the engine mount, the ones now are hitting the ground. My chain tensioner vibrates loose, I have to lock this thing with something. My fuel pump doesn't work, I think there's something wrong with my pulse line. I have to shift a bit to fast so I am going to put a smaller gear on my back axle. The new gearing will be 16/22.

Loctite is your friend. As for the long bolts, you may be able to just saw 'em off to the right length using a cutting wheel on your grinder.

Glad to hear you got this bad boy going! Now we need video!!

Hi, I'm back ;)
It has been a while but I had some engine problems.
I decided to completely overhaul (Is that the right word? :p) my engine.

What have I done:
- Six speed gearbox in perfect shape from a younger cr125
- New clutch basket
- New clutch plates
- New clutch springs
- New bearings
- New crankshaft for more top end
- New connection rod
- New piston
- The cilinder is bored (Not like in 'boring' but made a liitle bit bigger, I don't know what the correct word is in english)
- New powervalve actuator

Pictures!

Worked a little on it tonight, I mounted the clutch at the right torque, and the ignition rotor :)
