ok, if you plan on going with pillow blocks remember that it is belt driven and that the belt WILL eventually break... point there is make it easy to change the belt. make that mistake and it could be a long walk home. second gem. the c to c wont matter much, just find a belt and assemble...

just checked in on this, looks very nice. dont know if you noticed, but that nut on the back there in the vid looks an awful lot like its turning while your revving it up. might wanna nip that in the butt, before yours is spread on the road!

we always cut and weld the pipe to ensure rigidity, and besides that i like the jagged corners...and that its way cheaper than the cheater bender. ;P but thats all my oppinion, in truth if i could afford it i would totally get a pipe bender, but alas i cant. i did make a really nice hydraulic...

so then, your building a race cart? or just a fun cart? because if its a for fun only, you might be better off going to the local junk yard and finding an old lawn tractor or snowmobile. (or jetski, if you dont have snow there)
