Use a left handed drill bit if the easy out doesn't work, sometimes they will bite and since you are spinning counter clockwise it may help back out the stud. Make sure to use the drill in reverse with the left handed bit.

put a shaft in the rotated bearing you should be able to move it straight up and down. Usually you have to rotate the bearing in a pillow block to replace just the bearing it should move freely into place.

Cool thank you I was able to get it off and apart luckily. It was funny though when I took it off originally I couldn't get it to come apart. I did clean it up some quickly as my kids are on the way home and will want to ride it, I will give it a good cleaning tomorrow.
