Yeh about 9 wont do it. Need the measurement to ten thousandths of an inch or it will be sloppy.

For a novice it would be very hard to get something like that to work well. Lots of tweaking to get just right.

yeh turbo'ing any small engine is pretty pointless. Pit bike engine ftw!

Why dont you buy a 125cc pit bike (about 500 or less second hand) and then modify the body and get new wheels. A briggs is slow, a pit bike engine has lots of grunt.

When welding galvanized metal you need to grind off the zinc coating (galvanize coating) otherwise it wont weld. If you dont grind it off you are burning zinc which is highly toxic. Not only do you get a **** weld, you can also get some nasty side effects. Dont weld on galvanized metal, grind it...

Sealing the whole unit and filling it with diff oil would be better and minimise wear. I think running 4 bolts on the dog instead of 8 would be better and also countersink the holes would make it slip in easier. I wouldnt taper the actual bolts as it would weaken the tips.

Yeh i usually run 10w-40 as i usually got it on hand. If i feel like it i run 30w lawnmower oil but cbf most of the time.

Yeh these will run on anything. Dont spend a lot on oil. They can take it.

Unless its a race kart, like once a year. These things will run on anything. If you run in heavy dirt maybe more frequently like once every 4 months depending on how much you use it.

who told u that? Turn the butterfly on the carb to throttle it. Just dont max it out or its dangerous since u have no governor now.
