What is this crankshaft size?

could make a sleeve out of 18 or 20 gauge steel with a 1/4" gap, get a key way on there (can be done at home(saw it on a thread on hear, i think it was kibble who did it), just need a dremel type tool, and you must be very patient.) yea wheres this adapter? where did you get it?

Yeh about 9 wont do it. Need the measurement to ten thousandths of an inch or it will be sloppy.
