    Advice with plans and building.

I am using these plans, because the rectangular chassis I first drew out on my shed floor wasn't acquitted for my needs. so I am wanting to know, would this design be good? or are there better plans out there?

    Advice with plans and building.

The one I came up with didn't suit my steering set ups and It's just better to base it off a race frame as thats what all my parts suit

I already have engine, Clutch axle wheels. steering shaft with wheel and boss, front spindles, front wheels, tie-rods, seat and I am a confident welder. what else do I need to buy? I am using a full crank Victa lawnmower engine. Like in the previous posts. I got a frame drawn out on my shed...

    Question for the Aussie Members

If you are looking to have a centrifugal clutch with a shaft adapter I would recommend just buying one from GA spares from your local mower shop, my work bought it for $26? Roughly. You might pay through your nose for one if you can't get it for mates rates. But saying that I do like to buy...

    Motorized drift trike project

Nice job on your trike mate! I have a go kart live axle on mine, and I cannot keep it in a straight line! you will love it when you get it to the stage when it will throw twins not just a single peg. And how many HP is your engine? I have a honda GX140 and its pretty gutless. I'm keen to get...

Start of a Victa go kart build

I believe it might be, I have sat in a comfortable position and drew from there. it just so happened to end up 1,500mm. should I rethink this before I start? I don't want to get to the end of the build and go to ride it and realise I'm too big for it.

    Motorized drift trike build

as I understand it, torque is shown as acceleration and horsepower is your top speed as it is measured how fast you can achieve with your max RPM. As a great person said, under steer is when you hit the wall with the front of your kart. over steer is when you hit the wall with the back of the...

Start of a Victa go kart build

even if i was to stand up the engine i would have to make an adapter. but since the chainsaw card doesn't have a float and uses a pump to scavenge fuel, so it can be mounted anywhere at any point. also, the pull starter for the engine is on the bottom of the engine so i either have to mount it...

Start of a Victa go kart build

Right! I now have finished what I believe I will need to build my own Victa powered go kart. my kart so far, just a chalk drawing with a seat, wheels, steering wheels and engine (engine is sitting around the wrong way i know, I don't have a rattle gun on hand to undo the rusty engine studs...

    Motorized drift trike build

To answer some questions and dig up my own thread. the pedals free wheel, just like all new bikes the pedals don't turn when I ride forward. also, the reason I cut up the frame was it has been shortened for someone around 5' tall and I'm 6-6'1 so I didn't fit at all. the frame was very dodgy...
