I took apart the throttle that comes hooked up on the engine and now not sure how a pcs goes back together. There is a nut, a washer and then a washer type with an arm on it and a slot in the arm. Im not sure what that slot is supposed to hook to. Any ideas?

Any one have pics of home made foot brake levers? I welded one up but the steel was to heavy. I am going to buy some steel rod and small angle iron. Should be light enough but would love to see some other ideas. Thank you

I have a 37 tooth sprocket on the back tire. I am looking at puttin a 12 tooth sprocket on the engine. Do I have to have odd number teeth on both or does it not matter? Thank you

I am building forks for my kids first (and mine) mini bike. I am using 1" square tubing for steel. I am drilling a hole for the bolt to go thru the steel. Does the bolt just go straight thru? Nothing between the bolt and steel? Will the steel rub thru the bolt? I guess same question applies to...
