just add stronger welds to the little brackets you have there. if there is too much weight applied to the front, you may have issues, just strengthen it a bit more, other than that it looks solid.

also do you have bearings at the turning points?

I am just tacking the whole thing together now and will go back and weld the whole thing once it is all together.

I don't have bearings at the turning point.:oops: Can you show me a pic of where they should go? Where is a good place to pick them up at?

if its off a dirt bike those already have bearings in them, but if not bearings on the wheels are a must. just measure the axle size and slot in a few of that size bore bearings.

It has bearings in the wheel. But I'm thinking of where the steel and the rim of the wheel touch each other. I have (2) fender washers on each side right now.
