Does this look correct? It actually moves VERY smooth!

just add stronger welds to the little brackets you have there. if there is too much weight applied to the front, you may have issues, just strengthen it a bit more, other than that it looks solid.

I am just tacking the whole thing together now and will go back and weld the whole thing once it is all together.

I don't have bearings at the turning point. Can you show me a pic of where they should go? Where is a good place to pick them up at?

for a move reliable steering setup i would use two at each point, as in pic, but you would be ok with one at each point.

That is a 1/2" carriage bolt. Where can I get the bearings at. The pic helped a ton. Thanks for doing that.

Not sure. We found a junk yard near by that only has motorcycles, dirt bikes, atv...etc. I took them off a 80cc dirt bike.

if its off a dirt bike those already have bearings in them, but if not bearings on the wheels are a must. just measure the axle size and slot in a few of that size bore bearings.

It has bearings in the wheel. But I'm thinking of where the steel and the rim of the wheel touch each other. I have (2) fender washers on each side right now.
