i was wondering if anybody knew how to make independant rear suspension like a buggy. im still doing the swingarm but im building another one with irs.

it was an air leak. the gasket between the head and the little black spacer(dont know the Correct name) was bad. i made a new one and its fine.

the intake gasket is on right and i cleaned the low speed jet and i still cant get it to idle.

i have a 13hp motor completly stock, and i cant get it to idle. ive checked the valves numerouse amounts of times andd i still cant get it to idle. it only seems to idle (very rich idle) on half choke. ive messed with the idle screw and the other screw on that side but nothing seems to be...

Thanks flaframer, thats the same thing i want but two seats and the motor above the swingarm but i see how the jackshaft is though.

ok i see what your saying but would you put bearings in the swingarm and have the sprocket mounted next to the swingarm? A picture would be great if possible.

Ok got it now. the 2 grey discs would be the snowmobile clutch and the black box would be the motor. i had to use paint because i couldnt get the photos off my phone but thats exactly what i have minus the motor bracket and swingarm on it.

i may have to do that but i would really like the motor to be of the frame not the swingarm for what ill be goin through.

Im building a go kart for in the woods and want it to have suspension. it will be powered by a snowmobile motor. i know how to do the front but does anyone know how to put an atv swingarm on it?

I dont have a problem running the stock flywheel but i dont know what rmps its good to or how long it will last at a high rpm.

no but according to everyone else that runs these motors, aluminum flywheels=safer high rpms.

alright yea. i just thought if you got the motor reving higher, it would get you more power and torque

yes i know but it is smaller and lighter. can it be modified. maybe even a gx160 flywheel on it?

what exactly would you machine off? i like that theory
