powerwheels are great cheap place to start for kids and modding fun for dad. Add an extra 6v-12v battery for more speed. Can upgrade gear boxes and motors etc. I started my kid at 18 months in a powerwheel and now at 5 he can ride everything from stand up jetskis to three wheelers.

I looked into this a while back. Way too much money and time.. Instead hook up a remote kill switch and call it a day. If you are still set on it check out the powerwheel boards.

Sadly she is as torqy as the gearing will allow. Cant go any smaller on the motor or any bigger on the axle. The 0-25mph is impressive enough I am starting to think I should have went with #41 chain vs the #35 chain I am using now.

I would think the 140 would blow the 212 away in power. You also have an endless amount of cheap motor sprockets to get the gearing perfect. Check out the GPX 155HO and even the Piranha 190. Plannitminis.com and t-boltusa.com have a lot of info on mods, best carb to run etc
