still got the klr600 engine and parts laying around. past few days ive been actualy thinking of putting it together. i have both tires front brake system fork swingarm + shock engine wiring gauge cluster headlight i would need frame-$140 gas tank some more wiring handlebar and related stuff...

nice method. on bigger engines i use a socket and an extension rod. put it over the valves and hit it hard with a hammer. too bad you cant assemble it like that :D works like a dream for disasembly

or take the same money and buy a 2stroke engine and tranny :thumbsup:

vw/audi have SAIP(secondary air injection pumps) its about a 1" outlet and blows pretty good. sucks up alot of amps though
