Hey T, That "is" the beauty of workin with this MDF wood based material This MDF material is very stable ...easy ta work with ...holds fasteners pretty well ...& don't produce any splinters :banana: * I challenge ya ta get ya a sheet of 1/2" ...& play with it ...or make...somethin'...

Hey T, Workin' with different kinds of materials (wood, metal, composites etc.) ...is just like workin' with different kinds of tools (wrenches, plyers, vise grips, welder, grinder etc.) ...&/or/even different kinds of fasteners (screws, nuts & bolts, welding, glue etc.) Ain't NUTHIN' to it...
