    What clutch bolt are you referring to? What bolt are you referring to? The "bolt" that holds the clutch on, is usually a ~5/16" (or 3/8") x ~1" long bolt ...that threads into the crankshaft (the thing with the big "grove" cut into it) IMO that kinda looks like a locking collar ...& if so...

    To use as "fillet" material, I cut a 45* angle. off of a piece of 1/2" MDF ...& then, cut the 45* piece off ...so, I had some 1/2" x 1/2" x 1/2" triangular type material ta work with ...& used some ta "fill in" & "round off" this area Another view

    IMO the 32" axle the OP has is ...a bit too narrow, for a (2) seat kart ...especially a kart that is already going to be kinda "top heavy" because of the tall wheels & Goin' narrower, would be worse :ack2: What is the "plan" for brakes?

    Howdy Sasquatchy, (1.) Have a look at the specs of the battery pack (120V @ ~6.7A) vs. the motor specs (120V @ ~12A (max) 6A (cont.) (2.) Compare the size of the motor on your power tools vs. the size of that motor (3.) Look at the capacity of the battery pack (768wH) IMO "if" it does work...
