    Tire removal

Ok, I have a small tubeless tire 145-70-6. I've changed alot of truck and car tires in my life but what's the easiest way to do this? Thanx in advance... I'm thinking, cut them off and slide the new ones on with soap?

    Murray Kilowatt

It's like a springer rear. You and the engine stay put and the axle goes up and down. Click on parts when the link opens. http://www.oscar-wilson.com/manual_results.asp?search=60703x92c Hey, I got 'er going today! The driver was shot from missing that bushing. Had it going pretty good:bannana...

    TC question about spring pre-load

    TC question about spring pre-load

It was a doosie to get on but I'll redo it anyway and clean the shaft better. I'm gonna cook some belts without that driver bushing aren't I? The sheave walls are pretty shot too. I'm just trying not to buy a new set up but it looks like I'm gonna have to.:nopity: I can't get individual...

    TC question about spring pre-load

It's not there but it seems the driver is working ok anyway. However, after another ride it, seems that the driven unit doesn't slide back and forth on the shaft bearing to easy. It's getting hung up in the wide position making the belt look like it's to big. I think I have enough pretension...

Hey, how's everyone? I'm new at this buggy/go kart biz. I've been busy resurrecting a Murray Kilowatt buggie with a 6.5 tecumseh. My belt comes tomorrow and I want to service the drive clutch and the driven (TC) before it's maiden voyage. My eyes are numb from searching these last two weeks for...
