    i rarely lower the floors on any given head. i lowered the floors on the inlet of the intake port and the outlet of the exhaust port on the clone head just enough to even them out and no more. i can only assume u say u would see this on a high revver because it looks as though hogged the ports...

    yes but u will need to find a cartridge roll anvil thats 1/8" because i believe thats what most chucks on them are. all my tooling consists of pneumatic die grinders with 1/4" chucks. mike

    the good thing about tig welding aluminum is if u u cant clean the area to be welded very well u can always adjust the a/c balance for more cleaning which will leave a wider haz trail but the beads will look good. the same goes the other way around, if its super clean u can back the cleaning...

    i too have a Chinese pit bike (its a tall frame one) but uses the 12" front tire and 10" rear. its a blast and its only a 49cc.... it gets up and goes rather quickly with me on it with a top speed of 37mph and i weight 260lbs. i can only assume a 125 will be even better.... and i vote the 4...
