answering the title of the thread...... at my work. a few hours a day and in a few weeks i was laying pretty consistent beads of aluminum. this was on a miller sync 250 btw. mike

i too have thought about a 4 wheel drive kart (or buggy should i say)..... it can happen, obviously its going to cost a bit. just look at a 4 wheel drive quad. that would be the easiest way to go about making it. if u can get ahold of the drive drain on a totaled 4wd quad then all u would have...

first off ide like to say what the term "port and polish" actually means...... "porting" is the material removal of the port walls in certain or key areas to allow air to flow more freely into and out of the engine. whether it be to hog them out to gain lots of air flow for good top end power...

ok i never intro'ed myself but my name is mike and i do race car fabrication, engine building/ fabrication and head porting as a side gig. i did a quick search on head porting on here and didnt find anything that is a good representation for u guys on what a professionally ported head looks...

funny that was one of the engines i was looking at on ebay last night.... the only draw back i see is there is no reverse. but if the kart is light enough it shouldnt be a problem to pick it up and turn it around. plus u have manual shifting...... that makes even more fun IMO. mike

i was looking at the 94c or 780 series. i just dont trust the 40 series for some reason. im gonna be building a kart from the ground up and its gonna be heavier then the kart above. i want reverse i just dont know if i should go with the 13hp clone / some upgrades or try and find a 200-700cc...
