Selling Motovox Mini w/ Predator 212cc

I wish I could but that's too low and the shipping would be at least $100. You can find something local I'm sure.

No interest so far. I'm dropping it to $375 or best offer.

Selling Motovox Mini w/ Predator 212cc

This is still available. I have a title and registration with license plate. If you put DOT tires and lights on it you can ride it legally around your neighborhood.

    Selling NEW Predator 670cc Engine

Of course not. This is for a local-regional exchange unless the buyer arranges their own shipping.

    Selling NEW Predator 670cc Engine

I purchased this engine from Harbor Freight for $699 back in January for a project that never got started. It has never been started...no fluids added...never run, only unboxed. I did cut the muffler off of the headers but I will include flex exhaust hose with the engine so you can connect and...

Selling Motovox Mini w/ Predator 212cc

Ok, I've had fun with this for the past year or so, especially camping. But I live in a second floor apartment and don't have room for this to sit idle most of the time. I bought this Motovox 80 over a year ago and replaced the engine with a Predator 212 right away. Everything else is stock...

    Coffin Tank

Looks great! I've been fantasizing about the same thing for my Motovox 212. Looks MUCH better than one of the small bicycle tanks.

Safe to remove 670cc fan shroud and impeller?

I understand that the impeller fan and cooling shroud are critical to these engines when they are being used in a fixed or stationary way (e.g. generator or pressure washer). But if I will be using it on a motorcycle with constant air/wind blowing over the engine and oil radiator, is the...

    Honda GX 390 13 HP

You could put a PTO stub on the fan side.

    $3000 Coleman Minibike

Yep it's just a hustle. They could have at least put a lighting system and DOT road tires on it. You are just paying for the sticker!

Newbie! Engine dies on bumpy terrain.

Landuse is correct. It is most likely your low oil sensor. These utility engines aren't designed for use in vehicles so any tipping or jarring will affect them to some degree. Easy fix is to just cut the sensor wire to the engine shutoff ground. Don't bother with cracking the case to remove...

    Predator 670 questions

The shaft is about 5.25" from the base. You can get a PTO stub for Hondas that will work on the fly wheel side if you need it.

    Predator 670 questions

Yep, putting one in my '82 Honda Sabre roller project. The Predator 670 is about 18" tall with a footprint/base of 6" wide and 9" long. But, that doesn't account for the fan shroud, PTO shaft and cylinders sticking out from around the engine. Also, it had a huge exhaust/muffler mounted on the...

420cc on a mini bike problem.

Put a jackshaft between the engine and the wheel. It will allow you to adjust sprocket ratios and move the sprockets side to side for alignment. You can use pillow bearings or use a clutch jackshaft assembly that has a plate with two bearings already mounted on it.

    Tach on a 670cc

It's a v-twin with two plugs. So both plugs fire at the same time? That interesting. Is it one revolution per spark?

    Tach on a 670cc

Given that the Predator 670cc has two spark plugs, what's the ideal way to attach a tach? :cheers2:

    Is a #35 chain the same as a 428 or 420 chain?

Can you use a #41 chain on a 420 sprocket? I've already bought 10 feet of #41 chain along with a #41 clutch for my 670cc project. Most wheel sprockets are 420 so it would be great to be able to use them.
