Umm i am not sure on how much it weighs. But it is not light. I have some big tires on the rear and front. Not super big but they are bigger then normal yard kart.

The sprocket has 60 teeth and the clutch has 10 teeth. And i am using a 6.5 motor

Hey I am wondering is there anyway i can speed my take off speed up. I am using a Live Axle kart and when i take off it is like a slug.. It will barely go. I am wondering is there away i can make the take off better?

I fixed my problem. The problem was the axle had shifted over to one side. So there was not equal amount of thread to bolt down the tire good. Witch would cause it to shift making the sprocket shift also.

nope because I do not have any suspension.

The whole sprocket will shift over. But i do not think the sprocket is bent.

I removed my governor and i would say it let me get more out my engine.. I would say go ahead and remove it if you know alittle about engines and have common sense when riding.

Well im not looking to spend alot of $$ on tires and rims for the kart. This is just suppose to be a fun kart nothing serious.. LOl I rather spend $$ on making it faster/powerful not on the tires/rims.. But anyways I might just get slicks for the back or get the turf ones i think. But not sure...
