My idea is to get a saw, take the the nut off the bolt that holds the blade on, put a spacer on the bolt that is as wide as the belt, and put the nut back on. So there's room for the belt on the bolt. Its really quite simple. "Use your imagination, you must." - Yoda.

Seriously....dude. It'll move. Ya don't have to be so negative. A saw has a lot of torque. At least mine ain't a skinny skeleton that costs 2 hundred bucks.
