Use a nylock nut or use a castled nut and drill the bolt/axle to take a cotter key. pretty simple either way......you don't seem like a mechanical guy !
I live in Northern California......About $65.-- for a #80 bottle at 'Airgas' dealer......I could drive an hour to Oakland and get it for $40.00
......not worth the drive.
electric scooter parts .com..... (Santa Cruz, California.....great people--great website catalog....lotsa info to help).......they carry a variety of these sprockets for bldc motors from 9 tooth to 15 tooth. The problem is that this notched sprocket will only fit a T8F chains....the good news...

sorryI I remain a 74 year old electrical idiot....After checking with maker the switch is actually NC. I am not clear on the additional info you need to make a recommendation on where to in line this switch. Please tell me what else you need to know, I will gladly supply it if I can find it...
