Well... That's already been suggested but, doesn't quite explain what to do. Do I have to remove the driven first, and then tap out the shaft? Or just stick this tool in between the driven and jackshaft and knock the driven off, then knock the jackshaft out? Orr..... What? =\ I'm not trying to...

The driven is what I'm trying to get off at the moment so I can get a look at everything and replace what needs it. I've just never done this before and don't know how to remove the driven. I've searched all over for a write-up on removing it and it seems none exist.

Welllll. Got the snap ring off... Now I'm stuck again lol. Not quiet sure how to remove the driver clutch from the jackshaft.

So guys, no pics recently? If you haven't snapped a pic of the kart in a while, go on outside, have a day with the kart and just stop and take a cool pic. I'd do it myself, but my kart is down atm.

So. Picked up some snap ring pliers today. So Hopefully weekday next week when I'm off I can finally get to workin on the kart and find out what I need to do to fix it.

Make sure you have the right belt as well and if you do make sure your belt is good. Also throw up a pic for all the experienced guys on the forum. I had the same issue, first my belt was old and worn out, then I got the wrong belt, then I got the right belt... Ran like a rabbit afterwards...

Sounds like a freakin awesome project dude. Be sure to post pics all the way man. I think it's an awesome idea. I know my Yerf gets me places a truck is too big for and it's cheaper than a 4 wheeler. I also like another member's idea of getting a small trailer and water tank for spot fires...
