I dont know the brand. Its off of a chinese quad so i don't think they are too concerned about special oils.

a 4" pulley goes pretty good with my 14 horse soit should be fine with your 10

I have to admit I had to change that ratio because the belt was slipping to much so I changed the rear gear to 4".
