I JUST PUT A KNOCKOFF TAV SYSTEM ON MY KART, WORKS GOOD , BUT WHEN I HIT HIGH RPM'S THE BELT GOES TO THE TOP OF THE DRIVER PULLEY WHEN ITS CLOSING IN AND FLIPS INSIDE OUT:mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:.... AM I REVVING TO HIGH?

finally got it.... only took about 6 hrs lol..... now time to take a couple links out of the chain

i put pb blaster all over it but did not try the heat idea... will be doing that next !!!!

i put a tav system on my kart this afternoon but i need my sprocket to slide over a little over a 1'' , i have both screw all the way out and the key way out , its only slide about 1/2'' or less, wont budge anymore, and im not even close to the end of the key way groove... any ideas on how to...

i was thinking about building a 212 and ive heard from you guys to replace the connecting rod when removing the governor , now ive seen the billets for like $90ish and ive seen a couple that claim to be "heavy duty" for $40ish , my question is are these "heavy duty" worth it? and will they hold...
