I JUST PUT A KNOCKOFF TAV SYSTEM ON MY KART, WORKS GOOD , BUT WHEN I HIT HIGH RPM'S THE BELT GOES TO THE TOP OF THE DRIVER PULLEY WHEN ITS CLOSING IN AND FLIPS INSIDE OUT:mad2::mad2::mad2::mad2:.... AM I REVVING TO HIGH?

(I know it's a teeny little point)....but it seems like the 100th post I've seen this in!!!

Give me a "brake"....another little pet peeve.....But if something is worth posting....it seems it should be worth the tiny little bit of extra effort to get it right!

Yeah...sorry...I wish I had some way to help...but I have NO CLUE!!. I can tell you...I've never heard of such a thing...and it's out of my area of expertise....but just to use logic and deductive reasoning based on limited knowledge....It sounds like you have a TC with an asymmetric pulley system with a symmetric belt....

I'll. let somebody with more experience and brain cells than me answer....this is TO confusing! LOL!

That's the same exact one i bought. i haven't had any trouble with it whatsoever.

sounds funny for a belt to just flip around like that.
can we get a video?

Even just a photo of how the pulleys are aligned right now would be helpful. Sounds like the problem is alignment.

It's probably a little off, when it closes up it likely exacerbates the issue enough to cause the belt to flip.
