Axle Sprocket Wont Slide Over

i put a tav system on my kart this afternoon but i need my sprocket to slide over a little over a 1'' , i have both screw all the way out and the key way out , its only slide about 1/2'' or less, wont budge anymore, and im not even close to the end of the key way groove... any ideas on how to get the D*%# thing to slide over a little more? needs to be about where the hole is

Heat the hub of the sprocket, it'll move over..
Polish the shaft to remove burrs and rust ect. A little penitraiting lubricant, and heat.

i put pb blaster all over it but did not try the heat idea... will be doing that next !!!!

Rusted solid, any corrosion, paint, with a bit of heat pretty much anything will move off the shaft...(well as long as the shaft is smooth dia and no hanging burrs/marring)

finally got it.... only took about 6 hrs lol..... now time to take a couple links out of the chain
