So far all I came up with is your buggy is a 2004 model year and the parent company is or was Chongquing Loncin Motor Co. LTD. Looks like you'll need to fabricate new harnesses unless we can get more information from the buggy.

Today I got the key to crack the engine. I checked the coil and I have spark. It’s just not starting yet

I bought this carburetor off of Amazon. I don’t know what this hole is for on the side of the carburetor

Look at some of these images, looks like a metal cap might be missing. Do you have the original carb? Check the hole in that one.

That pic got posted to face book 6 months ago.

Is it a blind hole or does it go somewhere.
It look like a metering screw would go in but none of the other images show that hole there.
Also those electric chokes can be troublesome. The black cylinder with the wires. I think they make a manual operation replacement.

If it doesn't match up with the original carb I would return it and get one that matches yours. That carb could be proprietary to a certain machine. I have 2 GY6 carb cores and neither one has that hole. If the original carb is still on the machine, try spaying a short blast of starting fluid in it then crank it. See if you get a sputter or pop from the ignition. Do a compression test too. Those engines eat piston rings and cylinders. They get hot and the cylinders wear. If you have weak compression you won't get enough vacuum to draw the mixture into the cylinder.

This is my old wiring. What is the relay for? Do I need to use it? Do I need to use the white resistor for something?

Without knowing exactly what machine you have it's difficult to say what everything is for or if you need those parts in question. The relay looks like the starter solenoid possibly, not sure about the resistor. Mopar used a ballast resistor in their older cars that had a high failure rate. It would reduce current to the coil and points when starting the engine to help prevent damage to the ignition system. This is the problem when buying unknown machines with no documentation. With so many Chinese buggy karts out there you need to know which one you have to properly fix it or diagnose it. I'm only familiar with the American Sportworks or Landmaster machines since there's documentation available and some support.
