Why don't you just ride this thing already!

This thing is hard to start even with all kinds of fuel/air combinations. Even after its all warmed up.

So i bought some ignition and fuel stuff.
I'm pretty much guaranteed to have an explosion every cycle so i have to be really careful about my air/fuel mixture. Cause i really am going to experiment with Charging this thing. And remember kids, Start rich and work your way leaner until you have a perfect balance. Not the other way around. Not for long anyway.

Hot spark plug.. Fuel Pump ,which i think i need the most.. and 18 lb valve springs. Whoo.

medium-small hill-climb . That tire likes to dig and it will dig a hole in 2 seconds.

No they won't. They will break 5 minutes out the garage door. You probably won't even reach the mud. The rims are too soft for any speeds, and they break. If you want to waste money, they are the exact wheels you should buy...

Interestingly, My buddy has a mud kart with 13" HF wheels that haven't broken for hours of use. I still bought my wheels from BMIKarts, but they interest me for new front wheels.

Did you remove the bearing before you welded the hub, or just while it was on the kart?

Aswell as Where abouts did you ground the welder on the wheel?

A magician never reveals his secrets. But i will say that weld was the best of the bunch. On that one side. :D lol.

Just What is Happening here? LOL
Fire it up!

Here. Have a seat.

Wait. I'm still modding.

I'll make a vid when this thing is super awesome. Or super not awesome. And by that i mean slow.

And an idiot is always a legend in his own mind..you seriously overestimate your intelligence and abilities (maybe because of the vodka....and other mind altering items not discussed) ....and your underestimate of the collective intellectual prowess of this forum that makes you incapable of understanding that we are simply mildly amused....watching a little puppy chase his tail....

Why have you got a centrifugal clutch on the engine. You have bought a TC. Was this pic maybe taken a long time ago before you bought the TC. Hmmm.

If i knew how to install it with the sprockets aligned that'd be great. and if i had my own welding machine i would've re-mounted the engine w/ the TC, welded a differential, made the kart a bit longer and wider, all kinds of stuff i could fabricate with a cut-off saw and welding machine.

I bet my HOUSE against your KART that you will NOT have an explosion every cycle.

And since you have no idea why I can do this, you disqualified yourself yet again.

With every post....you not only verify your propensity to lie....but the fact you're an idiot...(who delusionally thinks he's a genius) ...

That was the first thing that caught my eye when Poboy question the authenticity of the photo... but then again... he is running the engine with an open exhaust port - no muffler, nor exhaust pipe. Seems right up FreeRunner's mentality!

My understanding is it could lead to a burnt/warp valve, or lean out the running mixtures, not sure if those are a real issues on small engines, just what I've read what not to do (& I'm not dumb enough to try it)... I'd be more concern about debris from this "Trench Digger" entering the port and fouling up the valve/piston.

:wai: This thread is like a train wreck in slow motion. Chugga-chugga-whoo-whoo!! Train isa coming... :wai:
